Do I need to download the Lex Mundi Access App for the event?

Yes. All in-person event participants are required to check in using the Lex Mundi Access App.

Before the event:

  • Download the Lex Mundi Access App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • If you downloaded the app prior to 2025, please delete the old version and install the updated app.

Account requirements:

  • You must have an active Lex Mundi account.

  • If you registered yourself, reauthentication was completed during registration.

  • If someone registered on your behalf, you may need to reauthenticate your account before the event.

At the event:

  • Open the app and select the event from the list.

  • When you open the app and see that you may be logged into a previous event you attended, you will need to click on the three lines icon on the bottom of the screen, scroll all the way down and click ‘exit event’.

  • Enter your contact details when prompted.

  • Log in to access your Check-In QR Code.
